Ontario MPP

Participation Guide.

Let’s Celebrate Local Convenience Stores and Help Make Wishes Come True

Ontario MPPs play an important role in recognizing the frontline staff who keep our communities running. By participating in Convenience Store Week, you’re helping highlight the essential services these stores provide and showing your support for the convenience industry and our fundraising efforts for Make-A-Wish® Canada.

Learn how you can participate, below.

Visit a Local Convenience Store in Your Riding

Meet the frontline team, say thank you, and take a photo with staff. These visits mean a lot to store employees and send a strong message of support.

Share Your Visit on Social Media

Post a photo or short video with a message of thanks using the hashtag #ConvenienceStoreWeek and tag @ConvenienceCan and @MakeAWishCA.

Example: “Thanks to the team at [Store Name] in [Community] for everything you do! Proud to support #ConvenienceStoreWeek and @MakeAWishCA.”

Highlight the Week at Queen’s Park or in Your Newsletter
